1. No Refund Policy
As all of our products are digitally delivered and instantly downloadable, all sales are final. Once a product is purchased and the download/access has been granted:
We do not offer refunds, partial or full.
We do not accept product returns or exchanges.

2. Cancellation of Order
Since digital products are delivered instantly, there is no scope for order cancellation after the payment is successfully processed.
If you experience any technical issue with the download or access, please contact us, and we will assist you.
3. Duplicate Purchase
In case of accidental duplicate payment for the same product (e.g., you were charged twice), we will verify the transaction and issue a refund for the duplicate payment only. To initiate this, please email us within 48 hours of the transaction.
4. Exceptional Cases (at Mehena’s discretion)
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we reserve the right to review and approve refund requests under the following rare conditions:
You purchased the same product multiple times accidentally (as mentioned above).
The product was never downloaded or accessed, and you contact us within 24 hours.
Technical issues on our part prevented you from accessing the product, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time frame.
Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Trial Access (If Applicable)
If any product includes a free trial or limited access demo, you are strongly encouraged to test the product before making a purchase. Once the full product is purchased, the no refund rule will apply.
